Authenticated Mobile Banking users can securely chat with our Customer Contact Center representatives through the Customer Service Chat feature. Rather than calling the Customer Contact Center for assistance, once logged in, users can simply tap the “Chat” bubble icon located on every screen of the app to message a representative via the Mobile Banking app. With chat, customers can accomplish many of the same tasks available through the Customer Contact Center.
